Adam Sterrett is an art educator with over 30 years of pursuing his passion for art.

He has received an Advance Ceramics Degree from the Jingdezhen Ceramics Institute in China (2005), a BFA in Ceramics with k-12 Art Education certifications from West Virginia University (2007), and an MAEd from University of Alabama at Birmingham (2015).

His career as an art educator has spanned more than 17 years. During this time, he specialized in PK-12 art education, with a special interest in helping guide young artists as their talent is developed during AP Art Studio. Pursuing his passion for the arts, Adam founded The Sterrett Pottery Workshop in 2014 to capture his creative spirit by tapping into the essence of his natural surroundings while living and working in the southern United States.
